Who we are

Parce (parce.com.au) is operated by Inneall Pty Ltd, trading as Parce Group, registered in Australia (ABN on file with ASIC). You can contact us at hello@parce.ie. An Australian contact email will be added when we launch.

What we collect

The only personal information we currently collect is your email address, which you provide voluntarily when you sign up to be notified when the site launches.

We do not collect any other personal information, and we do not use cookies other than those strictly necessary to run the website.

Why we collect it

We use your email address to notify you when Parce launches and, with your ongoing consent, to send relevant updates about Australian life admin and superannuation guides.

Legal basis: consent (Australian Privacy Principle 3). You provide your email address voluntarily. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

Who we share it with

Your email address is stored by Klaviyo, our email marketing platform. Klaviyo acts as a service provider processing data on our instruction. Klaviyo servers may be located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure Klaviyo handles your data consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not disclose it to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies

We do not currently set any non-essential cookies. No tracking, no analytics, no advertising cookies.

Your rights under the Privacy Act 1988

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you (APP 12)
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information (APP 13)
• request deletion of your data
• withdraw consent at any time
• make a complaint to the OAIC (see below)

Supervisory authority
